During the project execution time regular weekly meeting followed by daily meetings shall be conducted wherein all concerned agencies such as owner representative, civil contractor representative and IDEPL representative will be present. All critical issues related to project will be discussed and corrective actions, if any, are taken. Also original project schedule shall be reviewed, and if lagging is observed, appropriate solutions are worked out on how to compensate for the same.
